Osteoarthritis
Doctor said that I'm having early traces of osteoarthritis. I had ACLR 2 years ago with proper physiotherapy. Please review my X-ray and confirm is it really osteoarthritis?. Would be really helpful.

Hello, greetings from Kolkata. Patients who have undergone a ACL injury may have a mild to moderate risk of having early osteoarthritis if their treatment is delayed or they have a meniscal or cartilage injury during the trauma. Your xray has subtle decrease in medial joint space. But it's not a definitive sign that you have an osteoarthritis. Your symptoms should correlate with your xray. So kindly let me know what are your symptoms and then i can further guide you. Provided you didn't have any other injuries in your knee and you had an relatively early and successful ACLR you don't have any higher risk than normal population for getting an osteoarthritis at later age.
Next Steps
Need to know your symptoms and clinically assess.
Health Tips
Keep doing proper exercises.
