It’s basically degeneration of the knee joint leading to knee pain, stiffness ... Unable to do activities as done earlier ... Especially day to day routine activities like sitting on floor ... Treatment modality is dependant on the clinical symptoms & staging ...

Do qudricep excercise.avoid standing for long time ,use commod ,avoid sitting on floor. Take parasafe sos if pain See a Rheumatologist if not improved
