Orthopedic knee joint
1.5 month back I injured my right leg.no bone fracture but mri shows grade 3 acl tear.feeling no instability in right leg.however doctor advised physiotherapy quadriceps for 3 months. But after 1month by seeing xray which shows that tibiofemoral joint spaces are reduced and articular surfaces are unremarkable, doctor suggested dicerin medicine two per day and one biovisc orthopedic 90 injection in knee per year.myself diabetic since 18 years aged 50 years.what is ur advice.

Share x ray , may be already early arthritis going on injury is may be just confusing arthritis
