Orthodontic Treatment
I had misaligned teeth on the upper side but the lower teeth were perfectly ok! Initially my dr said that its no need to place braces on the lower side and the TREATMENT WOULD COST 50000 IN A WHOLE. BUT NOW I HAVE ALREADY PAID 38000 AND HE HAS PUT BRACES ONLY ON THE UPPER TEETH CAN I GET A REFUND OF 13000 AS HE TOLD ME UPPER TREATMENT COSTS 25K AND SAME IS THE LOWER. CAN I GET THE EXCESS MONEY PAID TO HIM BACK ? PLEASE HELP!!

Firstly why did you pay more than 25,000 if you didn't want the lower teeth treatment done. Now what could be done is amicably settle the matter with the doctor and ask for a refund. Or if the doctor doesn't want to refund ask him if he would compensate the amount against some other treatment.

If he/she (dentist) told you in starting time the cost of treatment was upper arch than why you pay more money to him/her. If any others armamentarium used in your case and other treatment done.. it is not possible without your consent.
