For temporary relief in pain:- 1- you can apply Dologel CT. 2- do a vitamin course. 3- avoid spicy food for some time. 4- if history of smoking and tobacco then stop that also. Its better to show it to an ORAL PATHOLOGIST because many conditions have same effect like lichen planus and OSMF.

Hello, Most Ulcers are self limiting.Apply Mucopain gel 4-5 times over the affected area in a day and rinse after 10 minutes.Take bland food for 10 days and eat fresh fruits and veggies.A course of multi vitamin tablets are also helpful. Regards Dr Sumanmakam

Based on your explanation, Firstly you should visit a dentist first to make sure what exactly is the reason behind these ulcers and burning sensation.. Depending on the cause, treatment can be decided. If these are just ulcers due to stress or some dental problem, or something else, they can be easily resolved by medications.
