Sir since last one year I chew tobacco as well smoking but as of now I quit both smoking and tobacco but the issue is mouth opening decrease from earlier and and feel like inflammation when eat little spicy It is possible to my mouth opening increase

Yes it is possible .. first visit dentist and get opinion .. there are many anti oxidants available to increase the immunity and also various treatment modalities like combination drug therapy which reduces the severity of disease and increase your mouth opening
