Oral submocuos fibrosis
I am suffering from.osmf my mouth Opening maximum is 30 mm . Have fiber bands on retromolar area and inner cheeks and blanching also. I have stopped my habit completely before 2 months and taking sm-fibro capsule, whether my mouth opening will be same or it will be reduced further more and want to know about laser surgery .is it safe and after that what are the chances of recourrances of fibrosis if stopped habit completely.

It is good that you have stopped the habit. You can consult a good oral surgeon about taking injections in that area to improve mouth opening

Listen carefully sm fibro capsules should be continued. Apply turbocort gel on the affected area and visit dentist for getting the hyaluronidase injections and ask the dentist to break the fibotic bands. Avoid hot and spicy food. Try to do the exercises for mouth opening
