Upper and lower last  teeth have cavity fully and some other teeth also having problem.can it lead to oral problem no pain but having throat ache and mucus

Visit dentist and get x ray done.  If caries is not involving pulp filling can be done otherwise needs rct. If tooth caries invove root then extraction is needed.
