Oral Lichen Planus with 2x2 mm ulcer

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am suffering from Oral Lichen Planus since 8 years. I also have an 2x2 mm ulcer on tongue. I started my medication a day before as mentioned. I am taking zincovit daily since 3 months and supposed to take it for one year. Is it normal to take zincovit for such long period?
