if you are having the habit of tobacco usage(smoking,pan) try to stop the habit....it is because of this habit you are having oral fibrosis...continue using tobacco will worsen the fibrosis... loose teeth is due to gum problems may be due to deposits (plaque and calculus) get it check with the dentist

If you have habits of chewing tobacco, stop it. Surgical treatment is required for correction of mouth opening. Take multy vitamin & antioxidant AtoZ One tablet daily for one month.
To increase mouth opening first you have to.quit tobacco or betal nut habit which is a cause of fibrosis. If you dont have this habit then go to a dentist to.find the cause of it.
