Oral cancer
I have second primary cancer in third molar jaw. As per doctor size is 2.1cm. My mouth opening is less than 10 mm.I had 1st primary in tongue operated in 2013 and doctors removed nodes from my neck.  In Kolkata my doctor who operated my 1st cancer told me for chemo 1st. He want to start chemo 1st to shrunk the tumor . Suggested for 2 cycle of chemo to make smaller of tumor size than he will do surgery. Is this option is good or I need to go for direct surgery. Please help and suggest me.

Go for direct surgery. That's the better option
