The opg is not clear, there is superimposition of images in the anterior region. If you have any symptoms like pain or pis without pain or swelling with or without pain then RCT needs to be done with teeth in that region especially if you have any history of trauma.. It can be a very old history also. We need to correlate clinically and better quality x ray is needed for interpretation.

Hi I can see a radiolucency in upper front tooth region . Do you have swelling,pain or tooth Mobility? If yes, based on clinical examination it has to go for RCT. Lower molar has to go for rct . Crown can be given after removal of wisdom teeth.

Upper lateral incisor might need; final decision making is a combination of clinical examination & X-rays.
