Onset of arthritis
I am facing slight discomfort/pain in knee joints when climbing stairs or doing some sharp feet movements like fast running or jumping or turning sharply. Also I am experiencing some discomfort (no pain) and resistance to movements in my fingers

Hello there ....well there could be a variety of reasons for your knee joint pain...however it is better to get your RA factor checked. A visit to a Rheumatologist is recommended....along with a proper physiotherapy protocol for reducing stiffness in joints. Regards & take care.
