this generally happens during teething , you just need to monitor these erupting teeth and better clean the smooth surfaces of these milk teeth after every meal exposure. can use a regular painkiller syrup to make her comfortable. massage the gums with normal ghee and salt , helps reduce the swelling of gums

Yes you baby is showing signs of teething. The first primary teeth usually erupts at 6 months of age but can occur early also. You baby will show discomfort due to pain, irritablility, crying, disruption of eating and sleeping habits, low-grade fever, and excessive drooling. Sometimes it can produce maternal discomfort during nursing during early stages.
Next Steps
You can use teething rings (BPA free and that can be sterilised) and medication for fever. Gently rub or massage the gums with one of your fingers or a cold cloth to help your babyâs discomfort..
Health Tips
Do not apply over the counter analgesic gels/ cream as it could be harmful to the baby due to excessive ingestion. Teething does not cause high fever, diarrhea or vomiting.
