Hello Ma'am....take signoflam twice a day for 3 days after meals.Do warm saline rinses 2-3 times a day.Taking medicine is only a temporary option go for extraction of tooth after taking an x- ray. You can practo consult regarding detailed treatment plan and discussion via phone call.Regards.
