One side nose blocked since 10 days.
I was diagnosed of covid 19 on 23rd March. Cold and running nose for 3 days. After that no taste for 3 days and after that 3 days back pain and UTI. Took oflox. Tested negative on 5th. Tooth extraction on 8th. Moxikind cv and pain killer for 4 days. Used I pack for pain multiple time for 15 to 20 mins. Got same side nose blocked. Now since last 10 day doing home remedies, sinarest tab 2 time a day but blockage not going. Some time on pressure thick bulgum comes out after every 2 or 3 days. Use of otravin at night has also become ineffective. Please guide

Its sinusitis if the discharge is purulent ie pus like, tablet augmentin 625 mg twice a day, saline nasal drops 3 drops each nostril 5 times a day and douche ua nostril with solution of pinch salt and pinch soda in 200 ml of water 3 times a day. Stop otrivin. Tablet mucinac mixed in one glass of water twice daily.
