It's looks like stomach infection
Keep ur baby well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruits juices and ORS if needed
Give
Liq. Enterogermina 5ml twice a day for 2 days
Syrp. Ondem 5ml if vomiting
If continue vomiting loose motion then need consultation with nearest pediatrician

Syp zinkonia 5 ml once a day
Enterigermina liquid once a day
Syp.colpol 5 ml for fever
Ors solution as baby drinks
