Old filling tooth cause sensitivity
I got my tooth filling done 6years back. Now whenever I bite or even if I drnk normal water I am getting sentisitivity on those tooth. What can be the reason?

Could be due to fracture of the filling or may be secondary caries beneath the filling

Sensitivity might be due to a broken filling or microlekage beneath the filling and formation of sevondary caries. Better to examine and redo the filling.

Most probably sensitivty in old filling might b because of secondary caries..hv xray done

There can be a number pf reasons for this. Most likely there may be a fracture in old filling and or tooth. Which is causing the sensitivity. You must visit a dentist and get it examined.
