Your digestion or gut health is not good. Reasons are multiple like fatty liver or less bile secretion or improper secretion of acid and enzymes from pancreas and so onnn...
Sticky stools might be due to undigested food or high mucous in faecal matter.
Next Steps
consult privately for proper diagnosis and treatment
Stools floating on water indicate Fat Malabsorption by your gut leading to passing of the fats you consume with the meals in your stool as it is without being absorbed. This is known as Kaphaj Grahani in ayurveda. This issue if ignored may lead to various kind of vitamin deficiencies as some vitamins like Vitamin A,D,E and K are fat soluble and doesn’t get absorbed if fats are not being absorbed by your body
Next Steps
Liver Functioning test along with stool test (routine)
This does indicate that your liver is not working properly that's why your fat is not getting digested hence oil in stools
Also there is lot of undigested food in your body called as "AAM" bcoz of which there are sticky stools!
AYURVEDA medications should get started asap for your AAM digestion
Consult through practo
Next Steps
start going for fasting with taking light food like moong dal bhakri with no rice
have Black resins at night
have panchkol churna daily for AAM pachan
Oily and loose sticky stool is due to fat in stool.sometimes it is temporary after a fatty meals.since the problem is of months old u must have some digestive problems related to gallbladder ,pancrease or intestine.Pls do an ultrasound sonography of abdomen and report.
