  4. Often Constipation. Sir, pls help me.

Often Constipation
Often I have constipation and no regular cycle for morning fresh. When I travel in ship ,I never go for fresh , even 04-5 days continue.but same time I eat everything and also get hunger. Whenever I came back to land within 02 hour I go for fresh. Sir, pls help me.
