I am 25years old woman and i often have cold if climate changes, or if i touch or eat any cold things or if any dust is going in my nose i dont understand why this happens and what should i do ? Whenever i am getting cold my headpains like something is poking on my head what should i do and how to avoid getting cold often? It annoys me alot
