Ocd self harm thought
Hi I have instrsive thought which my brain compely me to make self harm it makes me depression and anxiety already I am taking medication for anxiety problem last 6 months pls guide me

Intrusive thoughts could be quite frustrating and disappointing. Medicines dampen the intensity of thoughts but may not take them away. In my clinical practice I find combining psychological techniques with medicines is the best way to deal with intrusive thoughts
