Hi, I understand mind is very difficult to tame sometime.... Yoga and Pranayam is always good for calm mind set... But there's something called breaking point where you need to break your OCD and practice it.... Feel free to call if you need counselling.... Will sort out your OCD... Thank you

Yes, there are cases where yoga has helped manage OCD symptoms. I would recommend that you continue taking medication. Adding Yoga and CBT could become a very effective treatment plan.
