1. Psyvoxin 50 mg (Fluvoxamine 50 mg ) 1-0-1
2. Syconil 12.5 mg (Clomipramine12.5mg) 0-0-1
I feel hypnic jerks at night while falling asleep...
I also feel hypnic jerk sometimes during daytime whenever I go for nap...
Can I take anxiolytic at night along with Fluvoxamine and clomipramine????????
If yes which anxiolytic can I take
1 Clonazepam 0.25mg at night
Or any other anxiolytic which is good please tell me...

You are having muscle twitches while going to sleep, this can be a result of the medicines that you are taking.
I would suggest to reduce the dose of any one of them if you are maintaining well, or, if reducing would pose risk of relapse, then you can take Clonazepam 0.25mg at night.
