Hi, It's good that you are seeking help on this portal. OCD is a form of anxiety disorder whereby people get recurrent, unwanted thoughts (in your case aggressive thoughts) and then they indulge in compulsive actions to relieve or avoid those thoughts (eg: washing, cleaning, checking) which starts to hamper their daily routine and interfere with their normal functioning. Homoeopathic medications treat the root cause of the disease thereby giving long term benefits without side effects. For any further queries, you may contact me via Practo online portal.
Next Steps
You need to start medications (Homoeopathy / Allopathy) as soon as possible.
Health Tips
It is recommended to discuss your symptoms with your close family and friends as this will help create a support system for you.
