During menstrual cycle if you are having mood disorders it's perfectly normal as there are many types of hormonal imbalances happen. So don't worry firstly consider the following 1. Do a hemoglobin test 2. Do cbc 3. Do a thyroid test? Due to hemoglobin imbalances or infections or thyroid also these OCD thoughts or depression might happen. If all seems normal then you can contact me and we shall look into some psychotherapy. How ever if  abnormalities are found then talk to a physician to correct them and all will be fine
