Fluvoxamine and clomipramine are good standard treatments in OCD , and are absolutely safe , chances of mania that is called as a switch can happen if you have. A history of bipolar disorder if not don’t worry your psychiatrist is treating you with apt medication
Health Tips
Do not read or google the side effects you will be misguided and will not lead to improvement in symptoms
