My sister is showing strange behaviour since last 3-4 months. She continuously does Pooja and gets irritated if someone from family tries to stop her. Symptoms seem to be similar with OCD. Can you please guide us on the treatment options for her?

Hello....... OCD is typically treated with medication, psychotherapy or a combination of the two..... Complete examination is required to confirm it. Ask her whether she is willing to consult psychiatrist for counseling... Treatment cannot be recommended in online..
