Doing diet & brisk walking or exercise cant help me to loose weight in a faster way. I need optimal & faster result with this diet & physicsl exercise. Lack of energy & too much weight is my problem.. i nees to loose weight as soon as possible. I m 40 kgs overweight. My age is 21 & i m a married girl.. my present weight is 100 kgs. My height is 5.5.
