Obesity Problem
Hi
I am 5.1height with overweight with 70KG. All reports are normal. It's been 6 month I am on strict diet, calorie deficit, high fiber and measured food intake. I go for Morning yoga class and evening cardio class. I lost only 1KG . I don't see any change in body nor weightloss
