Obesity and PCOS
Hi, I am a morbidly obese female, aged 27, diagnosed with PCOS. All my blood work, sugar levels and BP seems normal though. I have been trying to loose weight and follow a diet and exercise schedule which may help me loose weight and get into the healthy weight bracket. But somehow nothing seems to work. What do I do? It feels really hard to loose even 500gms of weight and the breathlessness is severe if I have to walk a bit faster than usual or even jog. Kindly help.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Boiled vegetables and fruits salads and liquid diet. Early dinner before 6pm.Eat less and exercise more. Eat in small quantity
