Dear Sir,
I am suffering with obesity and high bad cholesterol. I recently checked my blood sample. No Sugar. No Thyroid. Only cholesterol. Kindly suggest me better diet to follow. I am non vegetarian and will eat like to eat ice creams and sweets more. Thanks

Hi , maida products , sweets , excess refined grains , soft drinks , sugary foods , oily foods contributes to high cholesterol.
Include regular exercise , high fibre , slow digesting carbs, include 250gm fibre rich non starchy veg , flaxseed powder in your regular diet . For specific advise , you need a consultation. Hope these tips help .
