Obesity and Depression
I've been overweight all my life, I'm asthmatic, have allergies to a lot of things and have a sedentary lifestyle I weigh 93 kg, and stand 5'4" tall and was diagnosed with depression three years ago. Lack of energy makes it difficult to accomplish simple tasks, I need help.

According to your height, your Ideal body weight is 62. You should decrease 30-31 kg. Which isn't possible with any kind of tips. You should need a proper diet chart with exercise.

Your weight should be near 64 to 69 maximum 70kg..so almost 23kg is overweight on your body &on legs..may be very soon getting leg_ joint pain.frankly speaking for 23kg weight loss is not possible by only following do and donts or few tips..need a special attention and observation with proper diet charts..so please try to consult any best dietician/Nutritionist.

Hi dear, You are just 25yrs darling hence you have your whole life of dreams in front of you and trust me when I say this , but depression , obesity, asthma and allergies all indicate a common symptom that, you need to re-work on your Gut Health from the root . That means what you are consuming everyday in every meal is to be monitored and re-checked on

Hence I would personally recommend you to start tracking your food intake date wise & meal wise in a diary for minimum of 2 weeks or you may create a folder on an excel too of the same , also keep a note how much water you consume and how frequently

Take counseling for your depression. Do some meditation to reduce your depression. Do exercise which is best for you accordingly to your asthmatic and allergic condition. Motivate yourself 😉 by doing any kind of work which you like it
