Hello,
I consulted Dietician for my weight loss programme.My BMI comes to 30 mark.She is prescribing me supplements from Nutrilite for 10k as such with Diet chart.Now am in dilemma whether to invest in such products or no?. I believe natural ingredients should be modified and taken rather than artificial.But she is insisting that results cant be achieved without these supplements. What is best for me? Please revert back.

Supplements are not a mandatory thing for weightloss.
If u have underlying deficiencies then yes , taking those vitamin or mineral to meet the nutritional gap is always a good choice.But meal replacements or protein shakes are never mandatory.

Hi dear,
Every dietitian has their take on weight loss but when you can lose weight naturally with a proper diet & exercise regime why take any supplements.
I suggest you go for a proper calorie deficit diet customized to your daily body requirements.. instead of taking any supplements which can harm you. And yes you can healthily lose a good amount of weight without any diet supplements.
