My father is under the following medication for neurology treatment-diamox 250 mg, stiloz 50 mg, silodal 4 mg. Apart from the above is also taking medicine for blood pressure, thyroid and seizure (not severe seizure- happened once decades ago but continuing medicine as per doctor's direction). He is finding difficulty in falling asleep at night. He goes to bed at 10 pm falls asleep by 1 am. We are looking for a proper diet plan taking into account his conditions. He doesn't have diebetes, cholesterol is at border level.
