Dear User,
Thank you for reaching out to me regarding your mother's discomfort after taking Nurokind tablets.
It's important to note that while Nurokind is a common medication for B12 deficiency, it can sometimes cause side effects, especially in individuals with sensitive stomachs. The stomach ache and discomfort you describe could be a reaction to the tablet.
Here are a few things you can consider:
* Consult with your mother's doctor: They can assess her overall health and determine if the benefits of the medication outweigh the side effects.
* Try a different brand or formulation: There may be alternative B12 supplements available that are better tolerated.
* Adjust the timing of the medication: Taking it with food or at a different time of day might help reduce discomfort.
If your mother continues to experience significant discomfort, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and to explore other treatment options.
Please feel free to reach out to me for any additional questions.
