Vitamin b12 deficiency can cause lower limb burning sensation and numbness but the medications you’re on, can also cause muscle pain. So getting the lipid profile in a fasting state and from a trusted lab will help you to know if there is requirement of the medications
Next Steps
Continue with the b12 medications and get reassessed for the anti hyperlipidemic drugs you are on

Please share details of your symptoms.  Get lipid profile cross checked from another lab, as within a month high triglycerides do not fall so much. For headache,  take tab tramadol 50mg one every 8 hours for 3 to 4 days. Get eyes tested and c.t. scan of brain done. For throat heaviness,  do a cbp, if mild, just do hot saline gargles,  If more  take tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Share results.

Needed a detail history. Consult cardiologist for your cholesterol medications as statins causes leg numbness. And for your left sided headache, rule out your spectacles grade if you wear it.
Next Steps
Keep taking b12 medication for over a month.
