From last 2 to 3 days, I feel numbness on a small area of my left leg thigh(outer part of thigh). Attaching photo with marking of the area. I feel like this area is numb and skin dont feel much sensation while touching and feel little tingling in skin. While pinching with force only I feel some sensation. I was in process of house shifting since for 3 days and did some heavy work while wearing tight shorts and slept with same type of little tight shorts at night. I have applied oil and user warm compress one time which gave little relief but not complete relief.
What can be the reason?
