Avoid working in one posture for long periods of time. Avoid using big pillows. Neck strengthening exercises will help of some good physiotherapist. SOFT CERVICAL COLLAR. AND CONSULTANT SOME ORTHOPEDICIAN OR SPINE SUURGEON URGENTLY TO GET EVALUATED AND REACH A PROPER DIAGNOSIS.
