It might be due to cervical spondylitis.avoid using big pillows.sleep without pillows.its better to take XRAY CERVICAL SPINE AP AND LAT VIEW,to see whether you have any compression into the neck which might press your nerves causing the tingling sensation in your foot.thank you so much.take care.
