Hi..you came use glasses for you distance activity and as and when required ...it is a small number ..u may not need it all the time .
No way to reduce number though ..

This is a very small number
I would recommend you to start using spectacle and review same doctor after 6 months.
The number can get reversed on its own, but the likelihood of this is little low.
I would not recommend any exercise for the same.
