Hi Using Atropine doesn’t help much to reduce the power. It depends on various factors like size of eye ball and health of retina,Curvature of cornea and many others. You can consider having good diet which has benefits for eye and to reduce the power at your age,you can consider undergoing LASIK Or SMILE procedure.Consult online for further assistance
Next Steps
Healthy diet and less screen time is always good
