There is no particular value for that NT value is measured if CRL is more than 84mm. so there is a cut-off value of NT as such. There are standard charts according to the gestation through which a software decides, the NT value is normal or above the range. So the main thing is at what CRL, you are doing, the value is in normal range or above. there is no relation whether it increases or decreases with age. if there is any chromosomal anomaly in the baby, then it can increase. Otherwise it can be normal
