NT SCAN AND DOUBLE MARKER TEST
Below is the report took on date : 18/7/24 LMP :19/05/2024 Gestational age by LMP : 8 week 4 days CRL measure 10.23 mm corresponding to 7 weeks 1 day. My question is at what date should I go for NT scan and double marker test?

In between 11-13 wk 6days. get NT and double marker and get combined test report that is more sensitive than double marker alone

My scan should be done between 11-13 weeks. In your case based on your ultrasound report you can get it done between 16/08 to 28/08.

According to your ultrasound reports you have to take  your NT and double marker test around 6th August to 18th August

You should go for the Double Marker Test (which includes NT NB scan) between 11 and 12 weeks. In your case the date will be between 8 and 12 August.
