Not sure but seems heart
Dear sir
i have been suffering from on and off chest pain from 2011 onwards
the frequency and pain intensity varies from time to time
i had had ECG it was normal then i went through echocardiography it was also Normal
i searched about it and my symptoms resemble prinzmentle angina please suggest me

See a good cardiologist.( considering your suspicion of prinzmetal angina) A stress test may help ruleout ischemic heart disease. ECG during episode is diagnostic Echo being normal you are unlikely to have structural heart disease
