Not received my peripds yet
My period date was 6th as per the Tracker , i have still not received my periods . Sencondly i have started intaking whey protein prowder and Gym workout. I also did the pregnancy test yesterday but it was negative. Is intaking protein powder the reason for delay. Kindly advice.

There is no link of protein intake and the periods. Whenever you miss your periods you should go for urine pregnancy test and consult a Gynaecologist on Practo with the report
