I can understand how distressing this is for you. In addition to taking psychiatric medications I strongly recommend regular therapy sessions by a Clinical psychologist as Psychologist can teach you some scientific techniques to help reduce your current symptoms. In addition to this through psychotherapy your coping skills will also improve and your negative thoughts will get modified. So today itself go ahead and consult a Psychologist online or one to one and you will definitely see the difference.
