Not gaining weight
My son Siddharth is a class 11 student who is trying to gain weight. He tried many ways but none of them worked.He does not follow any diet.He has bone weight but not mass.He looks very weak.Can you help me set a diet for him which may help him gain mass? Sunitha

Please understand, at this age body's growth hormones are growing his body and organs. When they become less active in 20s, weight starts to increase without doing anything. Some other kids may look plump but that is due to poor lifestyle and less activity. More weight does not always mean better health. There is nothing to worry. Let him play outdoors for 1 hour daily.
