Birth weight should ideally double by 6 months of age. Which has happened with the baby, so u need not worry. His weight is proper for his age
Next Steps
Start complimentary feeds at 6 months and monitor weight gain every 10-15 days

Weight is ideal for his age and birth weight doubles by 5 months so no need to worry if the child is taking feeds well, urine output is good, active and playful. Start complementary feeds once he turns 6 months.

This looks great till now. Do weight check only after a month The baby is exclusively breastfed and thriving well which is very reassuring Start complementary feeds after 6 months age - rice based is best to start with. Cereals are started to help caloric intake Hope you are giving vitamin d drops 400 iu per day
