Dear ma'am,
Greetings for the day .
As I read the problem, you are suffering from non refreshing sleep.. I see it as a very common proble esp people having high level of stress and sedentary life style habits.
I would suggest that this problem takes time in healing and major role is diet and exercise.be very careful of what you eat.you mat pls seek the help of a nutritionist for a complete diet counseling.
Execerice or yoga or gym or walk is a must.
So, I would suggest to pls try taking homeopathic medicines at least for a month only after consulting a homeopathic doctor.
Few common remedies like nux vomit 6 gives very good results
Get well soon.
